Teams work well together, and management is both encouraging and realistic when it comes to deadlines and goals, which helps create a productive and balanced work environment. Overall, it’s a supportive workplace where you feel empowered and appreciated.

With rapid growth comes change and evolving processes. At times system upgrades and workflows are still being refined, which can require extra patience and adaptability from teams. Because of the high volume of events and clients, the workload can be demanding and priorities can shift quickly.
