Coworkers were great, pay was decent, great work room environment

Hours weren't always consistent, opportunities for growth aren't really available

Lots of freedom with your time. You can work remotely from any place that has Wi-Fi. The brand is very strong so you don't have to spend time explaining who you are. Strong work culture. Many of the employees have been there a very long time. A good place to work. The health insurance is good and so is the 401k.

Training is sporadic and not organized. They have many, many different products to sell and don't provide adequate training on what you're selling. Sales reps have to do a lot of "busy" work which takes away from selling time.
