Pros

No pros as such which I can think of right now.

Cons

To start with - No job security : One day you are working as consultant and on the other you become FTE to be fired just one year of your job. - No proper medical insurance : They try their best to reject your medi-claim. -Coming to office 3 days is mandatory, if you fail to do so your name will be in the next firing list -Company is not doing good so they keep laying off employees in every 6 months. But only lower level employees are removed. -Company is stacked up with leadership people who are VPs, Directors, Sr Directors. The employees Vs leadership is less. -No work culture and positive work environment as regional politics exist. Mostly dominated by Telugus and hire only their region employees be it FTE or Consultants. There is no proper diversity which is prevalent in other companies. -No transparency at all, you might be the best performer but yet you might be sacked because there is absolutely no logic involved in their layoffs. -Every 1 year there is this so called reorg in the company whenever some top executive joins and thinks he can redo the company profit and sales by restructuring. -Worst company to be in as mentally its always draining thinking about the sacking all the time

Pros

The group that I joined was small but everyone was great to work with. My manager was also great to communicate with when I had questions. Great experience overall.

Cons

Really nothing much from my experience.

Pros

I really enjoyed working with the team at Herbalife. The people were highly collaborative, intellectually strong, and genuinely positive to work with. We worked on challenging projects involving advanced technology, and I felt the company had strong leadership, solid resources, and clear direction. Compared to some of my previous experiences, it stood out as a very healthy and growth-oriented environment.

Cons

One area where I think Herbalife could evolve further is around remote-first flexibility. Given how international and cross-functional the organization is, I think there’s strong value in supporting a more flexible hybrid model. Certain types of collaboration absolutely benefit from in-person interaction, and the company has an impressive headquarters and office environment. At the same time, many workflows are already highly digital and meeting-driven, so enabling more remote flexibility could improve efficiency, accessibility, and work-life balance without sacrificing collaboration.
