Systematic work assignments – tasks are organized clearly, with flexible deadlines. Calm, respectful environment – no rudeness, no pressure. Everyone is genuinely helpful. Open communication – I feel completely comfortable sharing doubts or asking questions. Respect for personal time – whenever I’ve needed a day off, I’ve received it immediately, no second-guessing. Creative freedom – my imagination and creative thoughts have real value here. I feel very encouraged. Going above and beyond – people here will go out of their way to help me, no hesitation.

Cons

None. I didn't have any problem. Everyone was very helpful.

Pros

I worked at Herbsmith for almost a year and genuinely enjoyed my time there. The team is welcoming, supportive, and passionate about the company's mission. If you put your heart into your work, you'll feel right at home. The culture is positive and engaging, with activities like card games and potlucks that help bring people together. Everyone is approachable and willing to help one another succeed. One of the things I appreciated most was the opportunity to learn and grow. There was always someone willing to share knowledge or offer guidance. Employees are encouraged to share ideas and feedback, and leadership is open to suggestions that can help improve the company. Overall, Herbsmith is a great place to work if you're looking for a collaborative environment where you can learn, contribute, and enjoy working with your team.

Cons

There are none to be honest.

Cons

Micro managing, not as open to feedback as they portrayed, considers collaborating with other workers gossip, low pay, high workload, no PTO, no benefits, disorganized, constant issues
