      Pros

      Fast paced , great experience for a wide range of equipment, pretty cheap rentals, se habla español, free water, large locker room, indoor plumbing, great uniforms and service, nice pond to cool off in the back on hot summer days.

      Cons

      Workload at times can be overwhelming, being outside in the elements, constantly pulled in several directions at the same time, everyone wants to know when you have a minute can you..., bulky radio.

      Able to learn the basics of the company through Herc University. Ride alongs with TSR, road tech, and drivers. Guaranteed sala positions after completion of the program

      No complaint from me, position has been everything I have expected and more!

      Pros

      Easy job. they can't fire you as long as you show up.

      Cons

      used to be a great company, now its all politics. The same people will be promoted 5 times before you're even looked at. It takes you 2-3 days for any type of leadership to respond to an urgent request. You have to ask the outside sales reps multiple times for quotes.
