      Pros

      The company's vision is promoted quite often. This company has great integrity, treats employees fairly, has a great security culture and really focuses on safety. The IT department is innovative and growing in its capabilities quite quickly.

      Cons

      Not many cons. It would be nice if they had a workout facility. Also, I would like to see more women in IT. This seems to be a problem everywhere.

      Thank you for taking the time to leave a positive review. I am happy to see that the IT culture thriving. We are always working towards diversifying our workforce. We do have quite a number of women in IT compared to where we were just a few years ago. That job is never complete. I also agree with your thoughts about a gym.       Able to learn the basics of the company through Herc University. Ride alongs with TSR, road tech, and drivers. Guaranteed sala positions after completion of the program

      No complaint from me, position has been everything I have expected and more!

      I have to add five words but there are none

      Cons

      Low pay for the position and all the added responsibilities super KPI driven if you miss a metric they don’t care even if you have valid reasons. Short staffed and not will to hire more help hence putting more on employees also don’t rent here shady business practices
