Pros
A small staff that can be quite friendly at times and most of the chefs are so friendly
Cons
An extremely poor business model, with the worst management I have ever worked with. This workplace is ripe with unprofessional conduct, bullying, and harassment which are protected and perpetrated by the owner. Supervisor style roles are paid minimum wage with the front of house manager making more money than anyone else and being the only person to make a higher wage. Training shifts and trial shifts are unpaid and chaotic with no real training.
