      Pros

      Office culture is good as its a mnc.

      Cons

      CFO needs to understand functions handled by him in a more efficient way. Too much of politics, there was centralization of power, and only the chamchas were treated well in terms of remuneration.

      Cons

      Managers will not help you, you are left to figure out things on your own. You’re expected to know or read their minds. Terrible work life balance. Managers don’t respect your time. Truly the worst I’ve ever been treated
