Flexibility, own boss, car package, some professional management, food allowance, if you get it right you can work your own hours
Cons
infrastructure lacks rigidity, reactive more than proactive, poor behaviours displayed throughout the management team, be prepared to hear swearing on a regular basis, from all levels. Couriers mistreated on a regular basis, no real training given and then that are held accountable when things go wrong.
