Pros
This place is on the edge of innovation, taking over an area of the market that has been empty for decades. Rapid growth. Good opportunity for extra commission/bonuses. They throw BBQs and parties for the staff for holidays, and try their best to create a good work environment.
Cons
There are always some issues with a company that is growing so rapidly, but they are doing their best to keep up with the demand and changes. They just expanded and built a whole new building. There are just some bad apples who are bitter here, thus the negative reviews. I think if you asked most current employees, they’d say they are happy. It’s the ones who get fired who come on here and write liable and fake reviews.
