Management really tries to support their employees. They offer fully paid health insurance, a generous education plan, and generous paid leave. Salaries are competitive for the industry. The work is very engineering focused unlike many of their competitors where project management and 'paper engineering' is the norm.

Growth as an employee requires actively forging a path. Can be a pro if you are entrepreneurial but there is not a defined path of progression other than moving from junior to senior engineer. After that, you can stall. More company growth could help there.
