      Very racist place to work all the Hispanics that have worked with Jeff bouch have told nothing but negative things about him until i worked him very unpleasant man to work with he says many racial comments and laugh about gives you a hard time.

      Pros

      OEM of steel coil processing equipment. I found the work was challenging at times and the customer service is rated no. 1 in the industry. To[ management change and recent new ownership of the company.

      Cons

      Union run shop. HR department has questionable methods of termination that negatively effects the company as a whole.
