Great Remote Company! - Anonymous employee Herrmann Employee Review

Herrmann is very flexible with remote work and hours. The team I am on is great and has a terrific leader. They are a learning organization and encourage everyone to continually learn and grow. The company is in the process of exploring a four-day work week. I've been very happy in this position.

It is easy to be consumed by the job and put in a lot of hours ... this is not a company requirement, but more of the personal expectations I place upon myself.

4 day work week and unlimited PTO.

Company and leadership lacked clarity in goal execution with constantly moving goal posts and attempts to create relevancy in the market by chasing the shiny object in the room. Lack of trust in employees.
