Pros
There were a few people that really cared for the organization, but I’m not sure if they have left/were laid off at this point
Cons
Org structure is a mess, but it continued to snowball when the founder’s son took over in 2019. For a company built on product development and production capability as well as production quality, they have fallen far with current management spending most of the resources on the office instead of warehouse. General manager has admitted that salesmen spend more than half of their work time in a year on “Non-sales activities”
