The company have good employees. I like the Atmosphere

Not enough employees have to work the shift that person work when that person goes on vacation

As a part of the CJK Group, the Hess plant in Ohio is a robust printing operation. Management is supportive and not overly-dictitorial. If you're in sales, you know you have to perform, which is challenging in today's marketplace - but this is a good company to represent. The CJK Group continues to expand it's footprint, especially in the book and journal markets.

This plant has gone through multiple ownership in the past. Some of the long-term employees are pretty negative - can be challenging to get people to think outside of the box, or what/how they've always done things.
