Pros
1. Get paid by the hour -$18 while I was there-and 11/2 after "40." Not bad working an 18-Wheeler in this day. 2. If you do your job as a Truck Driver, they leave you alone. There is no micro-management. 3. OK maintenance program on equipment.
Cons
1. Light loads, but they are sometimes tough loads, hauling aluminum dock parts. Check load...Often. 2. The Trucking is seasonal, you will be working in the plant for much of the year. This bothers some, but not others. For me, it did. I had no desire to 'break my back" at age 58...
