No pros to be honest apart from team mates who already left the company, Hextransforma had tens of employees who worked for a few months, then saw the mess in the company and Jean Luc's (CEO) lies and decided to leave.
Cons
CEO - Jean-Luc is the biggest liar in the world. Whenever payments were late he came up with a new lie. We never received in advance notice of late payment, and the delays were not days but weeks, even months. We would receive excuses on pay day or the day after regarding late pay. He likes to gossip about employees. Furthermore, Jean Luc constantly interferes with other managers' decision making process without understanding the details, thus making it hard for others to do the jobs they were hired for in he first place. The bonus which Jean Luc promised due to more than 3 month late salary payments, never happened. When asked how we would be rewarded for hard work and excellent results, the HR representative's reply was 'You will not be fired'.
