Pros
I couldn’t be more grateful. I was assigned into a project where the team was very comprehensive and patient (I was JR). They taught me many things that I know today. I will always have good memories from hexacta and might go back there some day.
Cons
Working with the team from India was hard. I’m a woman and they are very sexist and care about hierarchy. If you’re not a manager, they don’t reply. I had to text them in channels where the whole team would read it cause otherwise I wouldn’t have any answers. But this was not really something from Hexacta, but the client who hired them. Hexacta team was the best
