      You will learn a lot from the seniors and management. Everything is transparent between the employee and management. Colleagues are always supportive and helping in nature. You will always work with good clients. People always want to blame others. Before blaming we should introspect ourselves.

      Pros

      Good for freshers. However, only for 1 year.

      Cons

      Lots of politics done by old timer employees. Never expect appriciation for your hard work. However, you will get surprise fake appriciation sometimes. Never expect more than 12,000-18,000/Year Salary hike. If you are politically very good, then this is the right place for you. Management don't understand value of employees. Never expect your last month salary when you are leaving the company, even if you are serving the notice period. Salary always gets credited after 13th of every month.
