Terrible work experience and bad management - Technician Hextronics Employee Review

The management is young and does not know how to run the company. They do not know how to speak spanish to the wage workers. The CEO is very emotional and just sits on his big computer screen all day. The CTO is often mean to the wage employees and gets frustrated easily. They hire many people in the office and then would often pay the wage employees many days late. It is a bad work culture experience. The management has no plan and they are building things people do not want to buy.
