Your ability to expand or enhance programming at a particular school site often depends on the school’s administration. At some sites, you may have ideas for improvements or additional support but face limitations due to administrative constraints. Additionally, if you are hired on a contractual basis, there may be gaps in pay during periods such as the time between summer school and the fall semester, or when a school year has started but district contracts with HeyTutor are still being finalized.
