Pros

Worked here for almost 2 years as a part-timer. 1. Fun and useful to learn how to make the drinks. 2. Recently increased the pay from $8 to $10/h on weekdays and $11/h on weekends. Previously was $8 on weekends as well. 3. There are fun managers to be with. Managers do not put themselves high up, and are humble. They do the same things (and extra computer admin work) as all other workers.

Cons

1, Extremely unhealthy lunch / dinner hours. Work in shifts and your dinner can be as early as 3-4pm if you are working till closing. If you are working from 8-5pm, you could be asked to eat lunch at 10-11am. 2. No staff benefits like free drinks etc. unless you have a good outside-of-work relationship with your managers, Can be pretty "exclusive" if you do not vibe with the other co-workers.

Pros

Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and retirement plans. Opportunities to work on high-impact global supply chain projects, fostering professional growth and skill development. Collaborative team culture with knowledgeable colleagues, making problem-solving and project execution enjoyable.

Cons

Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, leading to occasional high stress and long hours during peak seasons. Complex corporate bureaucracy can slow down decision-making processes for small operational changes. Limited upward mobility for mid-level managers, with clear career progression paths somewhat rigid.
