Smart, compassionate people who are dedicated to getting it right who leave their ego at the door. The company is dedicated to maintaining strong work life balance who prioritize family and personal health. This culture drives productivity through trust, providing autonomy and immediate support when needed. Tech debt is prioritized and engineering needs are listened to by the business. There’s no “butts in chairs” mentality because the team wants to be with their peers, making the two days in office an enjoyable, collaborative experience. No sipping the kool-aid to be found, just good people wanting to do a good job to help a company succeeds—because they feel respected and have real opportunities for growth in the immediate future.
