      Getting into the industry is hard, but HiRez will often take a chance on hiring someone if they show potential. It's a great place to start your career in games.

      Pay isn't as competitive, partly due to low cost of living at the location

      Pros

      Very nice projects, even the slashed projects sounded good. The culture isn't all about grinding the most money out of players. If the company had better luck it would have made more good titles.

      Cons

      Company pivoted very hard to return to office after covid.
