      Decent pay and benefits. Coworkers are were talented and easy to work with.

      Cons

      Leadership at every level is an absolute nightmare. Unqualified managers make poor decisions on a constant basis. The CEO only listens to a select few people and makes horrible decisions.

      Pros

      Very nice projects, even the slashed projects sounded good. The culture isn't all about grinding the most money out of players. If the company had better luck it would have made more good titles.

      Cons

      Company pivoted very hard to return to office after covid.
