Pros

Pay was nice for experienced designer

Cons

Pay was awful for peers and artists | Stubborn leadership | Inconsistent direction | Unsupportive managers | Unsupported lower level employees | Brown nosing leads to success, not experience | uses AI to concept character skins I joined with over 10 years of experience in UX/UI, shipping several AAA projects, but despite my experience in this field, it could never overcome Twitter comments, Reddit posts, and team member's gut feelings which seemed to carry more weight than quantitative and qualitative data. It turns out this mindset holds true for pretty much every other discipline in the studio. Sincerely, if you're an experienced game developer, do NOT join this company. I promise, your time, value and experience will be appreciated, and rewarded elsewhere.

Pros

Very nice projects, even the slashed projects sounded good. The culture isn't all about grinding the most money out of players. If the company had better luck it would have made more good titles.

Cons

Company pivoted very hard to return to office after covid.
