      The company is very flexible for personal needs

      Always making empty promises and never fulfilling them and new management took over and seven people quit within a month and they also fired more

      This company has a good physical plant, interesting work, Fortune 500 customers, technical competency of the workers, and strives to deliver quality products.

      Cons

      Lack of professionalism in management organization, where family owners' needs can over rule good business decisions. Professional salary especially employees are subject to whims of less qualified family members.
