Pros
Working at Hi-Tech was a great opportunity. As a small company, there was a lot of freedom to take on new roles and gain additional experience. And, I could very quickly and easily understand the impact that I was able to have on the organization. The team in Amityville always pulled together to get the job done, regardless of what was needed.
Cons
After having been acquired by Akorn, some of this changed. The site leadership was able to maintain the same drive for results, but this was a bit hampered by decision making at headquarters that often occurred without understanding how it impacted the site's operations.
