Pros

The business is growing so there are opportunities for progression within the company and they mostly promote from within. They also prioritse a safe working approach and you get to work with a very diverse mix of trades as part of one team which widens your experience of the sector in general. It's fast paced but there are some great people you work with which creates an enjoyable challenge. The right people are rewarded and valued fairly and it's not and the internal attitude is generally relaxed and free thinking with a collaborative approach.

Cons

The pace of growth and change creates challenges for any business and it's natural for this to lead to frustrations at times but staff are increasingly given opporunties to help shape the comapny future.

Pros

None, how they’re still about is beyond me

Cons

use trackers to check up on people call the customer to see if the works been completed and if the person is still there working, had a lunch break at the job I finished on got called and told that I’m on a warning for not completing my tasks and told that lunch should be taken at managers say so, no idea what I’m turning up to half the time, if i turn up there and the customer isn’t there then it’s my fault, didn’t have enough work for me so i drew my jobs out and took more time with them, got told that i need to speed up, i sped up and then got told that my jobs are done for the day i can have the rest Of the day unpaid, I was 2 hours away from my house and it was 1pm I only got paid for 3 hours even though I hit the rd at 5am because they wanted me in Bristol at 8
