They also prioritse a safe working approach and you get to work with a very diverse mix of trades as part of one team which widens your experience of the sector in general. It's fast paced but there are some great people you work with which creates an enjoyable challenge. The right people are rewarded and valued fairly and it's not and the internal attitude is generally relaxed and free thinking with a collaborative approach.
