      This is a good place to kickstart your career. Boss is very supportive and collaborative with workers.

      Cons

      Project based, thus, your life is super hectic when project at peak. Otherwise, it will be idle. Kind of stagnant if stay for long time. As it is SME, don't put high hopes in salary.
