Pros

I really liked the people I worked with. Computers were adequate for day to day tasks.

Cons

Pay, benefits, safety, ethics, and retention are not priorities. Two week notice was not honored and was released immediately. If you decide to accept a job here and eventually leave, not giving a notice is in your best interest or you will lose out on pay between jobs. They will also force you to sign documentation knowing it will disqualify you from unemployment. This is my personal experience as well as another engineer who left a few months after me.

Pros

The leadership and sales teams have been staffed by high quality individuals. The challenges now are to continue making the best products in the industry with the supply chain issues all companies are facing.

Cons

For me-no cons. We face the same issues other firms have recruiting skilled manufacturing associates.

Pros

The team on the floor overall understands the process and products. They were a great group willing to look out for one another.

Cons

Management may be the incompetent group I have seen in my career. Plant managers, presidents and VPs micromanage everything to feel relevant. HR is just as incompetent and with a turnover rate of 40+ people in a couple months should really take more control of the leaders. Supervision just walks around with coffee all day to look busy. Really thought things would change when the president and vp were fired and demoted but the CEO just wants the same toxic leadership in there so he can control.
