Low pay, fast growing company which lead to unclear objectives

- Very modern and fun place to work (especially for younger people). A lot of the people at my department were between 19-28 y/o and we had so much fun together. - Evaluations with team-leader often in order to learn and grow. - Fun Academy Awards at least once a year. - Nice and open office environment. - Great salaries and bonuses.

Since a lot of people are young and don't really know what to do career wise, the turnover is kind of high, but my advice is to keep on going and you WILL get rewarded!
