It's a great company for experienced and new teachers alike and if you are hard working you will get paid enough to turn it to your full time job. In a gist the company is - Very organized and efficient - They value their teachers and provide a lot of support/training for new teachers - Easy to navigate and interactive teaching platform - Flexible hours and good pay - You get paid even if your students don't show up, so your time is highly valued
