Used to be solid place/pay always sucked - Assistant Manager Hibbett Sports Employee Review

Bought out by JD Sports and it is headed downhill since. Lots of open promises about moving up in the company but it is a who you know situation. The pay is the worst in the industry. From the DMs up, they think this is the most important job in the planet. Ride your butt about upselling as if we get commission and don’t have a bunch of 20 year olds just trying to work through college.
