We are required to not only spend time in a queue waiting for a call that can take from 20 minutes to 2 hours on average. Longer calls can happen. Then we are also expected to keep a book of business and constantly reach out to these clients and help them with what ever they need, which can be very time consuming. This limits time to reset one self such as just standing up or going for a brief walk. It is very stressful. If you take off or vacation, you have to do all the work you missed while you were out.
