Pros
There's decent flexibility with this job because all sales staff work from home.
Cons
The only ones who like this company are over in India - if you're stateside - there are very few good reviews! Unattainable quotas... sales managers will harp all day long that this is totally achieveable, but yet, they are not out there and they couldn't do it if their jobs depended on it! Micro-managed to the max! EVERYTHING must be recorded or as far as they're concerned, it didn't happen. They are firing people left and right. If you're not liked, they will do everything possible to push you OUT! They start new reps out with NOTHING! Good luck! You're going to need it! If you don't perform and quickly, they will let you go - the faster the better - cuz then it's a tax write off for them to get rid of you as fast as possible. Our division had about 100 people in it in May/June 2014 - we're down to 12. TWELVE!!! The management do NOT care... they used to. I think they feel trapped as well. If you make a report into HR, nothing will get done... I think they pride themselves on the worst managers possible. David Eckert has a record of coming into companies, cutting massive amounts of employees and making the books look good enough to the company can sell... it's not looking good.
