Boy. There are many. But probably there are with most companies. Ok, there is dubious value for client. Cant tell you how many marketing campaigns that are under-performing which bring in cancellations. The product line is built to scale for the national corporation. Limited options for clients, little customization available to really help the client. You have to be good and sales to keep the client from canceling. Since there is no barriers to entry as a digital marketer, the competition is fierce, and there is not a lot of ways to separate Hibu's offerings from the competition. Hibu's profits are big to support everyone's salaries so less dollars to help the client be successful, but more dollars in your pocket - its a trade off if you feel comfortable with or not. Be prepared to grind and work hard. Cold calls, visits etc... Expectations of activity are beyond what is even possible. New reps hired is like a revolving door, so many new faces come and go. Territories are reducing with less prospect opportunities, while the company wants to grow and packing in more reps in smaller territories..
