Pros

Good freedom with the job. Good support from managers. Company culture is pretty good in terms of being motivating and providing good support. Training was pretty good. There is opportunity to make good money if you are a top seller. Salary plus commission with good reimbursements. Benefits are decent. Not amazing but decent. They do some fun team events to try to engage people more and run different sales incentives.

Cons

You are incentivized to sell high price ticket items that you deep down know may or may not work. It doesn't sit right with me as the products are not objective and do involve a high budget and/or a lot of hands on work from the rep. There are products that are objectively beneficial to some businesses, but they are the lower paying products that you make less money on. In order to make big money, you need to sell high ticket items. You also have to be highly involved in the running of the programs because the back office is not very competent. If the client cancels after 6 months, you get a chargeback for half of your commission They back office doesn't review things as often as they should and they don't make changes unless you ask them to. They also don't explain the commission structure to you at all. It took me over 6 months before I actually fully understood the commission structure. Your commission level can change with one bad month and unless you are in the top tier, the money is just average. Commission also fluctuates month to month They give you a list of ideal clients to sell to that they call PCS clients. After about a year, your PCS prospect list begins to dwindle. This would be ok if they didn't force you to sell to these clients in order to stay on the top commission tier where you actually make money. There is only incentive to sell outside of the list if you are on the top tier commission level or have already sold a PCS account that month. Not to mention they pay you half of the commission if you sell to non PCS. The back office sucks at their jobs. They dont actually do much to make sure that the programs are performing properly. They bill a high amount for SEO services which does work to a degree but they don't really do much on the back end to maintain the program like nay good seo company would do. The Google/social/display ads that they over simply aren't very good. They take a huge profit off of it at somewhere around 30%. For most industries, it will require the client to spend around 2000-3000 a month for it to have a chance at being successful. not to mention, you have to know how to moniter these programs to make sure they are running effectively because the back office does not monitor the data at all and wont change anything unless you tell them to. Overall, if you are perfectly comfortable selling high ticket items that you know wont work great for the client in order to enrich yourself, then this is a solid job.

Pros

reat place to work! They truly care about their employees and create an environment where people feel supported and valued. The managers are amazing—they encourage you, challenge you, and push you every day to grow and succeed. It’s a team that genuinely wants to see you win.

Cons

I would recommend doing a little more research and qualification before passing leads over to the reps. Some leads are labeled as ‘hot,’ but after speaking with them, they often don’t have the urgency, need, or buying intent expected. A stronger qualification process would help the sales team focus their time on opportunities that are truly ready to move forward.

Pros

autonomy, product is seemingly good

Cons

Overall a terrible sales org, commission structure is nonsense and very low percent of reps are on the high tier, including reps that are top performers being on the mid or low tier commission. You are responsible for prospecting, closing, and account management so job gets harder the longer you are there. Force you into long meetings so the VP can show everyone Christopher Voss masterclass videos that are irrelevant. Sales contests where the reward is literally 5 dollars. Training is completely disconnected from how the job actually is, even down to the tech stack they teach you. Sales planning does nothing and does not provide any new leads or any sales tools that work. They do not even have a list of discovery questions to provide you. No one uses any of their provided tech stack you just have to figure out your own processes with no support. Very low base salary which they will lower if you get put on PIP. Extremely unstructured PIP program with no concrete numbers or explanation for how to get off of PIP. Extreme favoritism at the managerial level.
