      Only pros the company having proper safety measures.

      Cons

      * Long hours of working (9.0 AM to 6.45 PM) * Managers / Management dont listen Employee's problem in their work. * Hical long staying employee's will push to take their responsibilites and even they dont have technical knowledge to accept the reality. * For long run, it is not the company. For freshers it is ok.
