Pros
About 80% of the hourly employees, that’s the only pro I can come up with.
Cons
They hire people from the outsidethat don’t know the brand, and have not a clue how to actually manage people. They don’t want to move anyone up inside the company, or pay them decent in the positions that their in. One of the newest mangers can read, spell, or do anything admin related. There’s been multiple attempts to initiate some sort of change, but it never happens. Just a bunch of broken promises that are never fulfilled. No quality of life, no bonuses, training is weak, corporate doesn’t care about anything involving this particular location, there’s no incentive of recognition for the 14-16 hour days your required to work. The philosophy “your favorite place to work” is absolute comedy.. it was the worst and most miserable job I’ve ever had. Never did I feel welcome, cared for or important from any member of management or the corporate office.
