      Pros

      Nothing, Bullying culture careless, completely backstabbing company culture i've seen two potential people leave due to bullying & excessive micromanagement by unqualified managers.

      Cons

      they don't listen you, they treat you like the black sheep and never appreciate efforts. Cloak and dagger, toxic work environment. Neve give you the leads to achieve targets. Constant winging from unqualified managers who are blind to subteltys in the consutation process.

      Pros

      Progression from BC to ECP with thorough internal and external training. Once in a while management will sit in on an appointment for compliance and support to help strengthen our services. Regular monthly online meetings are put in place to celebrate successes and gain ideas for improvement. The bonus structure is fair. Personally from my own area I feel supported by my local team and management. I don’t feel micromanaged, in fact I feel like I’m trusted to do my job well. A lot of people working for HH are long standing employees.

      Cons

      Progression looks to only be doing the Audiology apprenticeship in Buxton. It would be nice if there were more routes such as training/management roles.
