      Nice environment, clinics are well kept and you can build good relationships with the dispensers you work with.

      Cons

      Slightly micromanaged at times and can feel pushy with targets. Can go weeks/months without seeing a manager if they don’t visit your branch.

      Pros

      Progression from BC to ECP with thorough internal and external training. Once in a while management will sit in on an appointment for compliance and support to help strengthen our services. Regular monthly online meetings are put in place to celebrate successes and gain ideas for improvement. The bonus structure is fair. Personally from my own area I feel supported by my local team and management. I don’t feel micromanaged, in fact I feel like I’m trusted to do my job well. A lot of people working for HH are long standing employees.

      Cons

      Progression looks to only be doing the Audiology apprenticeship in Buxton. It would be nice if there were more routes such as training/management roles.
