High Hotels has a culture of putting the co-worker's needs first which is a slight departure from the customer comes first. Our philosophy is that if our co-workers are happy and engaged in what they are doing, the service they provide our guests will be top notch because they love what they are doing. We show them how much we appreciate them and always have an open door policy to hear questions, comments, or concerns. The High Companies and High Hotels are committed to providing outstanding customer service and we guarantee our guest's satisfaction and we love doing it.

Cons

The interview and co-worker selection process can seem slow but the results are that we end up hiring the right people for the right positions. High Hotel's does not believe in just filling positions with bodies.
