      Pros

      Stunning hotel in many ways. Hidden secret is the event space. See the seminary if you get a chance - loads of history.

      Cons

      Top management is new to the high end hotel business, but seems to be learning. Still has a ways to go.

      Pros

      Very Beautiful Hotel with nice rooms and a beautiful event space. You (sometimes) get a discount at the coffee bar. Good benefits and pay

      Cons

      Big brother is always watching. They hire you to do a job that they dont trust you to do well. You are always being watched, and when things go wrong everything falls on you. Upper management takes no responsibility for their faults and care more about the money than creating a memorable stay for a guest. Toxic environment!
