- Encourage you to leave a VERY SATISFIED 5 star review here in GLASSDOOR to hide honest bad reviews. - PHP 5,000/month internship for developers. (This started at 2022 to compensate for the number of devs that left the company because of the unrealistic expectation vs the low salary that they are offering). - Most seniors that are also involved in management are bias and only care for their own career progression. They will push you if you are useful for their own leveling up status. (These are the ones who started the workplace politics and most of them are Filipinos, so be careful) - Company has a "We have each others back" value but leave you hanging and helpless when the company is in a contract in a project with an unhealthy and ugly work environment and then pressure you to contribute to the company as a whole. - Weekly memos that are manipulative. - A lot of useless calls that is setup by the so called "Leveled Up Employees" who are pretending to be useful just so other employees will know their presence, - A lot of literally useless employees that take a lot of credit even though they are not directly involved just because they are close to the company owner. We don't even know what their role is.
