Even as High Tide Hospitality's portfolio continues to expand, the heart and soul of the company remains a constant. The partners in this Charlotte-based hospitality business are two of the most down-to-earth and enjoyable people to work with and work for. They are constantly seeking ways to better themselves and the teams which they lead. With such passionate leadership, ample opportunities for growth and development, and an all-around enjoyable work environment, I've not looked at my LinkedIn account since starting here. Sure, there are stressful times, but hard work is never overlooked and the appreciation shown by leadership is truly unmatched. I am proud to be a part of this company.
Cons
Communication, like most companies, can be a struggle at times. Leadership is quite open to feedback and does genuinely work to improve in this weak area. Even as a personal who calls out poor communication, I myself struggle at times too.
