      Tight resource market so recruiting staff to build projects is challenging - not unusual in the current climate though.

      Pros

      Flexible and small team to work with. I was there when the company move from a small office to a larger facility. Company is growing at a fast rate and everything is moving quickly

      Cons

      A lot of pressures on delivery due to telco industry, this is a industry issue though from my experience of previous working at other companies
