Some nice coworkers, free snacks, some good benefits and occasional other perks.

Echoing every other review - this company will drain your energy and leave you feeling unfulfilled, all with less than sufficient pay. A prime example of the modern day startup that makes promises to appeal to the younger workforce, only to ruin those with a cliquey culture that forces you to walk on eggshells and constantly look over your shoulder. Promotions were given to favorites instead of the most capable employees, leading to so many of the chronic issues of the business. Leadership and management will harp on wanting to convey transparency and the "close-knit" aspect of the company they believe exists, only to continue keeping employees with less seniority in the dark. No one from leadership makes an effort to even learn your name. During my time there, there was a significant loss in clarity of duties, and each department would be given increased workload with little to no preparation time or increased compensation. Confusion as to which role belonged to what department ran rampant, and department's actual duties would begin to lack significantly when bogged down with this extra work. I experienced severe burnout and it seemed other employees did, too.
