Pros

Despite being a 3400+ employee company, they have start-up style work culture where you can turnaround certain tasks quickly. Teaches you how to work under stress every single day.

Cons

Extreme micro-management to the extent that there are KPIs to measure your data-entry skills which are not directly co-related to the role you have in the company. Obsession on document writing skills, to the extent that senior leadership gets irked if a document isn't formatted to the dot. KPIs keep changing every 6 months making it difficult for employees to get good PVA. Due to extreme work stress, there is high attrition in India office and in their U.S. & Europe offices.

- Working on a startup environment in the fin-tech space - Working with Indians and learning of the style of working in India

Cons

- Toxic work culture led by leadership - Tribal culture fueled by proximity to CEO and extreme sycophancy - Low salary, masked by stock options with underwater value and lack of any viable exit options
