Company is top heavy with unnecessary made up job titles during a time when business is slow. Upper management ignores issues until it affects them or makes them look bad, even after they have been told about it. They tolerate people taking advantage of the “laid back” work environment. They do not realize how many employees will be talking on their phones all day, and will get up and hide in the racks behind large crates and be on the phone for an hour or more at a time. And when it’s time for layoffs, they act like they were not aware of those employees taking advantage of the company.
They need to pay attention, because the company seems to be getting it all wrong. Some upper management likes to talk crap to employees about other employees there. Also you are required to do your own performance review and it hardly ever amounts to any in compensation. Even with manager feedback that is all great on the review.
